The Growing List

It's no secret...I LOVE to travel. There is quite possibly nowhere in the world that I wouldn't go.

Have you ever had a vacation that you wished would just keep going on and never end? Days of driving becomes a wish list of places you wish you could live for a few weeks. Your ever growing list of places to see becomes outrageously long and seemly impossible to get to them all in this lifetime... This is my world. :-) I will continue to dream and grow my list as long of places to go and things to see!

You can look through magazines, read blog posts, or watch a documentary, but, there is nothing like actually making some of those wishes a reality! While most people spend whatever extra money they have saved up on education, a new car, or the newest electronics, - none of which are bad - I save to travel. People hear of all the places I have been and say "Wow! You must have allot of money to travel that much." the answer to that is "No" I save and I save wherever I can so I can go. To see and experience the world that God has given us, to enjoy and bask in the beauty that surrounds us. And of course capture it all with my camera the best way I can. This is not to say that I don't enjoy being at home, relaxing, catching up with friends, and having a great time without leaving the house. <but that is a post for another time!

For this year that trip was Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. Skiing, Snowshoeing, Yellowstone, hot springs, mountains and yes...a longer list of places to visit again!

All the of the amazing site and places we went on this trip cannot top getting to see my older brother and getting to ski with him for the first time! We haven't seen each other for 2 years and my siblings - Gabe and Sarah - hadn't seen him in four year! Nothing beats family! John was the highlight for us. I can't wait for our next adventure together!
